Jau ne kartą pasakojau, kad nauja sportinė apranga yra pati geriausia motyvacija sportui. Šį kartą mano planas buvo ne dar dažniau lankytis sporto salėje, o savaitgaliais aktyvų laiką praleisti gryname ore.
Ruduo ir artėjanti žiema lengviems krosiukams ar mankštoms neatrodo pats geriausias metas, bet aš sakau, kad sportui blogo oro nėra, yra tik netinkama apranga. Prieš einant į parduotuvę žinojau ko noriu - naujų sportinių tamprių, su kuriomis galėčiau sportuoti tiek gamtoje, tiek salėje, sportinės palaidinės ilgomis rankovėmis, bei sportinės striukės, kuri būtų šilta, bet pralaidi orui. Sportiniai bateliai pirkinių sąraše nebuvo, tačiau pamačiusi šiuos - įsimylėjau. Juodi, tvirto, bet minkšto pado sportiniai bateliai tobulai sukurti bėgiojimui. Net ir bėgant nelygiu paviršiumi ar žvyruotu keliu, nesijaučia jokio diskomforto.
O naują aprangą išbandžiau jau kitą dieną - atsikėlus ankstyvą rytą važiavau iki Vilniaus centro ir pasidariau rytinę mankštą kalnų parke. Rytas buvo kiek vėsus, atrodė, kad rankom greit bus šalta, bet sportinė palaidinė turi šiek tiek prailgintas rankoves ir galima užsitraukti per nykščius lyg pusines pirštines. Tiesa, perkant sportinę aprangą daugelis vengia tokių spalvų kaip pilka, nes yra baimė, kad po intensyvaus sporto matysis prakaito žymės. Po valandos bėgimo, prakaitas bėgo upeliais, o ant aprangos - jokios žymės! Autumn and winter might not seem like a perfect weather for light runs or work outs outside, but I do say that there is no bad weather for sports, there is just bad sports clothing. Therefore when I was in Vilnius, I popped into 4F sport and leisure clothing store, where I knew I will find what I need.
Before I actually went to the store I made a list of things I need an want - new sport leggings, which would be perfect for exercising outside and inside too, a long sleeve sport top and sport appropriate jacket / coat. Black holographic decorated sneakers were not on my list, but I saw them, I tried them and I couldn't resist from buying ! They are totally perfectly made or running. They are light, soft and well made and you can easily run with them outside and on a treadmill as well.
So I did tired my new sport clothes the other day. I woke up quite early, had champions breakfast and got ready. Sat in my car and drove to a park in the center of Vilnius. The morning was quite cols so I was happy I had my jacket with me. And I thought my hands will get cold, but a top has some spots made for thumbs, so when I put it on I felt like Im wearing gloves! Also, a lot of people are afraid to buy sport clothes in such color as grey, because they are scared of sweat marks on clothing. I was quite curious as well, but after one hour of intense running I couldnt see even the smallest sweat spot on my new sport gear. So the material is really well made and really high quality. Now you can find all 4F novelties in Vilnius at PANORAMA shopping mall. I do recomend going there and checking out their clothes and maybe pick something for yourself because the quality and the price is just incredible and I believe that collections are selling out real fast, so hurry up!
